When this was discussed a few days ago, the claim was that those who won couldn’t talk about it because of NDAs. I said then, and repeat now (since I am too lazy to look for my earlier post) that it seems weird that a judgement by a SCC judge would be protected by an NDA. A settlement before a judge decided the case certainly could be protected by NDA, but the it’s a settlement, not an outright win in small claims court.
