If so then they did that way back in the early A380 days as well to speed things up due to the cabin size to avoid going back/forth too many times when setting up the table. Not sure why they stopped doing that but it looks like trolley came back to cut service time.

Re food being placed at the bottom of the trolley - happens more often than you think across the industry, even in LH F haha plus in TK J as well. Though I agree with you food should never be placed there, only at the top level.
