HRL does a booming business on Southwest. There is a lot of demand in the Rio Grande Valley -- the population base down there is well over 250,000 (maybe over 300,000) and Southwest is the only low-fare option into the area. It's not just the South Padre spring break traffic, but other tourist traffic to/from the area, as well as a lot of business travel.
