Apologies if this has already been discussed in this thread, but do we know this? I know it has been repeated a few times but if someone provided a link or a cite to see what the facts and issues were and the reasons for the decision to see if it would be applicable to this case, that would be helpful.
The closest I have seen is a claim that a small claims decision has been appealed, but the poster has refused to provide any proof or information about that case.
