PHX to JFK on a A321neo yesterday AM, so back to breakfast choices. Unfortunately, our flight was so bumpy that the FAs could not start service until 3 hours into the flight. They had a small window about 90 min in to take orders (and did not start from the back even though it was an odd flight) that could have been avoided by asking before departure like on my outbound flight. Ordered the french toast which was similar to the bread pudding (different bread, but same white stuff/mango) with a greek yogurt/cherry/oatmeal bowl and an overcooked croissant/butter. The french toast was so warm it burned my mouth, assume timing was off with the bumps so will let it slide.

No snack basket passed around

We did make arrive safely and early, so thats a plus.
