The only thing I've ever asked for is extra soup. For some reason, I really like Delta's soups in D1 (the squash soup and, IIRC, the cauliflower soup in particular).
They typically have extra desert, or some pax don't want desert so you can do things like ask for the sundae and also the cheese plate.
