A friend of mine claims that a Diamond representative told him that Delta is no longer selling Skyclub memberships for the $695 rate. He tried to renew and was denied. He was told that moving forward the ONLY way to access the clubs will be through a variety of American express cards. Anyone have thoughts? i can not believe that Delta would get rid of the ability to purchase a membership.
come on, you've been in this forum long enough to know that almost all agents have no idea what is going on policy wise (it's not their job, they don't get training on this stuff, etc), much less to put any weight into this 3rd-hand info.
