i feel like someone on these boards at one point made mention that the status boards in the BA lounges are not actually on the same system as the rest of T5--which prompted me to always track my flight status via the Heathrow App. i would not have come up with that on my own i dont think...

it is also ridiculous because now i track each flight with the BA app, flighty and Heathrow App--and of the three, the Heathrow app has proven to be the most accurate and timely--all because of my paranoia of exactly what happened to the OP. a shame you cant rely on the airlines own systems.
