The outbound aircraft has changed to a LHR based plane with Club Suites. That has a much bigger Business cabin then the normal LGW fleet, and a smaller WTP cabin (40 vs 48 seats), so there is room for some people to be moved to Club on the outbound and would explain your seat shifting. However with the flight still a few weeks away, don't be surprised if the aircraft type switches back to a LGW based CW config.
