I never tried one under Hyatt, but I had a friend who wasn’t Globalist who loved using his Chase UR points to transfer to Hyatt to book SLH properties. He raved about the service he received in Thailand, etc. I think they were valuable to non-Globalists because of the consistent benefit set for all members. I often found that many seemed to have low or no availability through Hyatt search results - likely due to the whole “S” part of their name.
