You likely only get BA SS treatment if you are Premier or GGLfL. They are otherwise not for hire.

There is a Haneda Escort Service (careful when you google ) which is run by the airport. You can book 1m out from travel. It’s just meet & greet afaik. Not aware of ground services with a car there, happy to be proved wrong.
