Hi, I have a 10 hour overnight layover at Jeddah airport (flying Saudia both legs) and also priority pass membership which I can choose between plaza premium or welcome lounge.

Questions
1. Which lounge is better to get some rest overnight? Or would it be better to use the hotel in Jeddah (I am eligible for transit visa costing 90 riyal or 25 USD and Saudia provides a free stopover hotel in city centre but will prefer not to bother with taxis to and from hotel to airport etc
if the airport rest areas are comfortable enough).
2. I see that there is also a third lounge at the aerotel hotel (not the rooms, but their lounge which they don't actually advertise much) which is also run by plaza premium. Is this separate from the plaza premium lounge, but not part of priority pass access?
3. How strict are they with time limits in the lounge?
4. Am I right neither lounges have a shower?
