Just throwing it out there really.
How about BA bite the bullet, pick up some of these RR powered 388’s, and use these to start the refurb program.? Once these are online , then work their way thru’ the fleet.
Many on here saying they can be picked up very cheaply.

or am I soooo wide of the mark…???
