My itinerary is LAX-IST-NQZ, all in business class, and I have *A gold. The IST-NQZ leg is a codeshare operated by Air Astana (so it has a TK flight number, sold by TK, and on Air Astana equipment/crew.)
Will I have access to TK business lounge in IST?
