Except that 10 United States Dollars currently equals 9.28 Euros.

When a hotel rounds 9.28 Euros down to 9.00 Euros, that's petty and annoying. If a hotel reduces 9.28 Euros down to 6.00 Euros, that's a case of a hotel genuinely violating the Terms & Conditions.
