Had the chicken parm on a recent YYZ-LAX flight. It was barely edible - pasta was dry and the chicken was soggy. Tasted like a TV dinner. Also not sure why the chicken was pre cut I was expecting a whole piece (as one does when ordering a chicken parm dish). Is AC exchanging notes with United on catering?
