It’s the inconsistency that’s maddening. I flew a YUL/YVR narrow body this week, and the SD (who started every announcement with “Dear passenger (singular)”) didn’t distribute menus (which may not have been provisioned) but then described the choices as chicken fry and paella, when they were clearly the menu above. No priority orders taken either. She was just a mess, top to bottom.
SE should be asked first in all circumstances. Hard stop. But they still can’t get this simple thing right.
Oh consistently inconsistent. Maybe they should do a new ad campaign with that as a tag line...
