Does luggage get checked all the way through with an international to domestic connection in Canada? The 1h30 transit time in YYC seems short if you need to pass through Canadian immigration and then collect and recheck your own bags, as you would have to do in the USA.
You do not recheck bags when going from international to domestic on WS. They have a separate immigration line for cinnecti8ns that has been very quick in my experience. You stay airside and do not need to clear security either. If the inbound is on time, 90 minutes is plenty of time.
I really like the PE product on WS because the Y cabin is separated by a galley from PE so it feels
private.
