I was too unwell to travel thanks to the pesky kids (won't go into details) so called You First and they held the ticket? Sorry, I'm not an expert. They said I had a year to rebook.
I was then told to call the BA line and give them the six digit booking code / reference and I can then rebook. I thought it would be a case of simply calling, reciting the itinerary and then rebooking. Paying the difference if the flights were more and writing off any benefit if the flights were less.
But I dont understand how they can give me a totally different price on the phone to the one I see online?
