I'm not sure how you abuse T&Cs. You read them and do your thing keeping them in mind and following them. NOTE that this does not include mentally adding things to the text provided or otherwise creatively interpreting them to mean things they don't actually say. And testing them in court when you believe the owner of such T&Cs oversteps.
What's borderline fraud? Is it technically fraud or technically not fraud? In a random Joe's eyes or the eyes of Law Enforcement or a court's?

Hey! Progress. I believe I see an example of real fraud. To the best of my understanding, not being an attorney or member of law enforcement.
I'm not sure I understand the workshop reference. Was something illegal or, dare I say it, fraudulent going on with it?
