I am not sure I follow - but
you can do the following
1. BA - Transfer all the avios into one account (you have a limit of 160 or 200k avios per year)
2. QR - Add the BA account to QR to allow you to move avios between BA and QR
3. Do your booking with 2 pax and use the avios accordingly.

There are a lot of assumptions above as its not really clear what you have done thus far.

1. Did you create a BA household account
2. Did you create a privelege club house account
3. What do you want to use the avios for
4. How many avios in each account
