Financial partners points conversions transactions will be credited to individual Skywards account, even though your are holding family account. In an effort to continuously improve our programme offering and ensure a positive and secure experience for all our members, Emirates Skywards will restrict pooling of Miles earned through our Financial points exchange/conversion partners into My Family accounts. You will, however, continue to earn Miles in your individual Skywards account for such transactions. In view of the above, I regret I'm unable to transfer the Miles to your family group.
