The Plaza has been sold. The Oyster Bar and the Oak Room are closed. So is the new restaurant on the CPS/5th Ave. corner. After the conversion into condos, some lower floors will remain hotel rooms. Presumably they will be remodeled.

The Sherry-Netherland might be something to consider. The Stanhope used to have one nice line of suites, but it will close in a few weeks also.
