I once asked the TA why the app would not allow me to select the WE card and the BlueBiz account at the same time, and they answered « it doesn’t matter, WE fares and BlueBiz are mutually exclusive anyway ». It would be surprising if they allowed you to credit these flights manually, but do let us know the outcome !
I have just request the credit for a weekend fate from this year, I ll report back when they credit it (or not).
I may have found why those flights did not count last year, the 3 that did not get credited were all partially paid by a voucher (the one amex France sends for 50€ that i got from some family members not using them), and when I looked a bit more into it, it actually says onthe website.
"Exclusions
Not all fares are eligible for blue credits, as some special fares are excluded from the bluebiz programme:
- Tickets paid with Flying Blue Miles.
- Tickets paid with blue credits.
- Infant and child tickets.
- Tickets paid with a gift voucher."
So the answer was actualy not correct from the the bluebiz agent ...
