any of the airport hotels on the bath road. there are frequent london services buses from the bus stops on the bath road into the central terminal area from which is it a 5 minute walk to T3. It will not take more than 10 minutes on the bus, plus a little waiting time for the bus. I typically leave the Doubletree 30 minutes before I want to be at the airport. The Doubletree is about the furthest away.

These hotel are typically significantly cheaper than the on airport site hotels.
