Im flying on BA207 in 2 weeks and getting nervous. We are flying out 36 hours before joining a cruise so can’t afford to loose too much time. I believe we could ask for rerouting the if our flight is cancelled but don’t have any idea how to set that up reasonably quickly if we are already at LHR. Would putting an urgen request here on FT be the best approach or is there a help desk airside? We will be in CW so is there help available in the lounge?
If it helps you, my friend got re-routed via JFK with a night stop there and then early flight today out of JFK to MIA. Although it was after much perseverance via telephone. Hoping you have no troubles on your journey though! Enjoy the cruise.
