Unless you are able to request MAAS at HK airport where they informed the CAN ground crew to print you the boarding pass for CX983 and get someone in CAN transit area for you. If not its not doable.
Have done less than 5 hours in TPE before.
HK ground staff can print the next leg for you upon request.
