I've spent nearly an hour and a half on three (aborted) phone attempts to get through to BD about exactly this - UA flights taken in November not being credited, or even acknowledged yet. I can't believe they lost my ticket stubbs as the 4th of the 4 stapled on the same piece of paper was a BMI one and cleared straightaway and there's no news on the photocopies I subsequently sent either.
I'd be really greatful if you could keep me posted on when yours finally clear - and I'll do the same for you if you like.
I'm particularly annoyed as I should have made *S already and I was looking forward to a hefty 25% bonus.
