Onboard Krisshop Order Issue - Help Appreciated

I have a bit of an unusual situation that someone may be able to assist/provide guidance on.

On Monday evening, I was on a SQ flight after connecting through Singapore. It was a long day of travel (almost 24 hours), but I was trying not to sleep so I could go straight to bed when I arrived at my hotel as this would work best for me to adjust to the new timezone.

I made an order on the onboard IFE-based Krisshop for collection on my return flights on Thursday. I put my details in, selected my flights, and paid for the items (there is a pending charge on my card). However, I have not received any confirmation email, and I didn't take any pics of the confirmation page, so have nothing to prove I've made the purchase of the items apart from the credit card charge. I realise this is my fault - I should have at least taken a quick photo with my phone as proof.

Does anyone here know what generally happens with orders placed through the onboard IFE? Is an email sent to confirm the order? And in my specific situation, where I have not received any emails, what would be the best course of action?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
