It would make me consider flying other airlines rather than focussing on BA especially within Europe where there are so many other options out there. Screwing over loyal customers never works well especially not your most frequent travellers . I think it is competitive as it offers a great range of benefits but they have to be earned which is not easy to do and what need is there to change it. No i do not i earn my points month by month over the year and I feel the scheme offers good value and rewards me for the flying that I do each year
