I haven’t flown premium economy on WJ to Europe, but have to Hawaii on a 3 class 787 when they were using these after Covid. Seats are as comfortable and similar to AC Premium economy on a 787. So, the same as you’d find on domestic narrow body business class. Service was good. We find that while WJ service isn’t as polished, they try a little harder. Absolutely it is a “real” PE.
