For my 4 nights stay at Lindner Düsseldorf seesterni, I did again not get my nights properly added.

This was my second Lindner stay and same problem as with the first stay. Had to call Hyatt by phone to get a wrong information at first, that points stays don't count as eqn. Had to call again for the second lady to correct the error and credit the nights.
Same eqn problem experience on first Lindner stay in Frankfurt in November. Looks like a structural problem there.
