I think the bottom line is that like actual
mileage flown, it's still not something we're
going to be able to pin down exactly. The
net/web have allowed us to refine our searches and interactions with reservations
people considerably, but there's still some
things they're not going to tell you.

Still, it's much better than just casting
about in the dark and having to take whatever
they give you like most people do.
