What? That's ridiculous. What loyalty program decides for each member what perk from a selection they get? If it's a you pick from four, the customer should get to pick. You may be referring to the 5+ perks that automatically come with it (FoundersClub, etc). But there is a further you pick one from four at each tier of Mosaic. IHG Platinum is one of them. Can you point me to the terms you're mentioning? Thank you so much!
