Which lounge did you use at LHR?
Having booked my flights through Booking.com, I'm getting nowhere with MU's website, so haven't been able to give them my VS Club number. Did you do it at check-in or advise VS when you'd completed the flights?
MU's website is absolutely useless. It apparently only works if you book directly with the airline, on that website. I tried doing it but gave me the wheel of death at payment, so I ended up booking thru Gotogate (with a small discount). You'll be unlikely to be able to do an online check in too, for the same reason. But I had no issues at the checkin desk, and the seats I had pre-booked were still assigned to me. That's also where I got them to attach my VS number, which stuck thru all the flights. Points were awarded about a week later.
The LHR lounge for MU in T4 is the Plaza Premium - it's OK, just not worth turning up too early for.
