Had a look on the ETIX passenger receipt of my last inner german flight, which was 188,46 EUR + 30 EUR TSC = 218,46 EUR:

On the bottom left the receipt says:

On the right part (the one you keep if it is a BP):

FARE AS PER TICKET: EUR 188,46
TICKET SERVICE CHARGE: EUR 30,00
GRAND TOTAL: EUR 218,46

On the credit card statement (LH FTL Credit card) only one sum (218,46) is stated.
