In EWR, LH F passengers are being directed to the Polaris Lounge, with the LH Lounge closed for refurbishment.

From LH Web site for EWR:
*** Lounge closed for refurbishment until mid-2024. *** HON Circle Member and Senators booked to Frankfurt and Vienna may visit the United Club near gate C74 and C123 in Terminal C. First and Business Class passengers may also visit the United Polaris Lounge between Gates C102 and C120 in Terminal C. *** HON Circle member, Senators, First and Business Class passengers booked to Munich and Zurich may visit the SAS lounge in Terminal B. ***
