It depends on whether you are all on one booking code (PNR) or not. If you are, you need to split the booking so you are 'by yourself'. The cost will be the fare difference, which of course heavily depends on what you paid for the economy tickets. How was this booked? if a TA was involved, the TA must make that change as EK will not touch TA bookings.
Is there PE on that flight?
