OK, I'm going to stick my neck out and say that i think I may have finally grasped how this will work (thanks to the wiki and C-W-S), but I'd still like some confirmation that I've got it right because I'm not 100% sure.
  • Currently, I have Gold status.
  • My TP collection year ends on 8 December 2024.
  • I will earn enough TPs to retain Gold before my TP collection year ends (I will cross the threshold in November 2024).
From everything that I’ve read, I think the following is correct:
  • I will have Gold status until 31 January 2026 (just as I would have done had nothing changed).
  • My BAEC status between 1 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 will be Gold if I earn 1,500 TPs between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025 or Silver (soft landing) if I do not.
  • My BAEC status between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2027 will be based on the number of TPs earned between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.
Oh how I hope that's right ... my head hurts!
