I've just completed the form for flight to Kuching this week from SIN, no issues, then used the PIN to access my record and you can download a .pdf of your completed arrival card.

I note a comment about being able to hack into other folk's arrival data with a passport photo, but I needed a PIN provided at the time of completing the card in order to access my e-card, so really not sure what that is all about.

It was as straight forward as the Singapore e landing card.
