PdlF is inside the M30 ring road so taxi cost is still 30E though there was talk it be risen to 33E. Train is faster as it's a direct ride to Atocha, Vs metro which needs changing trains, problem is the train sometimes phantoms ie the scheduled next train is cancelled and you have to wait for the next next train, could be a 20min wait. Arriving in T2 you'd need to do the landside transfer bus to T4 first though. There is no cheap and fast solution.
