Hi I have similar situation like OP, but there's 3 leg of my flight
CGK-HKG (CX798) (Combine ticket with CX408)
HKG-TPE (CX408) (Combine ticket with CX798)
then
TPE-NRT (JX800) (Separate ticket)

So it will left me with 2 options, right?
1. Request at CGK while check-in to tag thru my luggage at NRT. (It's possible? I mean is that possible procedure or it's depends on knowledge and willingness of the agent?)
2. Request Starlux at transfer-desk TPE to get my luggage from CX408 previously, and tag it to NRT
