I exchanged my 2023 Companion Voucher for $300 in WestJet Dollars in December and used it towards my solo Business Class trip from Vancouver to London via Calgary.

Total Fare was $3070.27 Return (yes, I got a good deal), less $892 (the base fare) that it allowed me to pay in WestJet Dollars.

Fare was $892 and YQI was $1719 and other charges and duties were $459.27

So $2178.27 in actual money for a return in the front of the bus. Not bad....

I was actually surprised that WestJet didn't use $300 from my non-expiring balance and actually used the $300 from the Companion Voucher that had a book-by January expiry.
