I second that. We just scored a diplomatic suite upgrade at the Puerto Vallarta Marriott for a room that was an ocean view on points. Nice surprise as a relatively new Platinum Elite. Granted it was just a single night stay still very very nice. Now I will apply some suite upgrades for future stays.
