Flew out to MUC on Sunday and a stream of people meandered their way up the plane and many announcements that small bags should go under the seat in front of you etc etc. Noticed 1A was empty. She then got on, last. With two big bags and her handbag. Now, I know you know where your seat is when you're in row 1, but to get on last on a packed flight....especially when there's only a tiny locker above row 1. She said to the crew she always likes to board last.

Low and behold, zero space for her bags and crew weren't impressed at all. She even asked and was told "well, if you get on last, there's rarely going to be much room...I'll walk up the aisle with you in a second". He put one large soft bag in their cupboard and had to walk her cabin bag beyond row 6 and had rearrange other bags to accommodate. I had zero symphony at all.
