There is a business credit score. I don't know/think that FICO does it, but I know with Dunn & Bradstreet, they do. But you have to pay DnB to see that score. My personal experience (sole proprietor with a legit DBA) is that they base it off your personal SSN when applying along with the projected/documented business revenue. (ie: if you're maxed out on your personal CL's Chase is unlikely to approve you for a new business, so you may need to lower some credit lines).

Now, as to whether Chase/etc. can see what business cards you have with other banks, I don't know.

As far as the # of cards you have, you're under 5/24, and the March/Nov are still under "velocity" for a new Chase card. I'd say your approval odds are fairly good. But Chase can be finicky sometimes (during COVID they'd come up with all sorts of reasons to deny me for a CIP, and like to recite "business structure"). Ironically when COVID settled down, I was instantly approved, despite no change to business structure.

Edited to add:
Apparently Experian (or Equifax, can't remember) does actually have a Business credit score. I have no idea how to get/access that (like you can your personal score with Experian/Equifax).
