I don't think we have had a definitive answer to a potential shortening of soft landings to a period well under 1 year. However in your case, the 1 April 2025 calculation takes in all of your TPs from the previous 12 months, and at that point if you are no longer Gold then you must be Silver. If you actually don't intend to do much travel in the 12 months from April this year then that theoretically you would have a short Silver soft land in March 2025 then move to Bronze in April 2025 but I actually can't see that happening.
