Recently tried to have Amex plat concierge book a table for 2 between 6-7:30 pm (we have young kids!) on a Thursday at a moderately popular restaurant that is on Resy, you know, the platform AMEX owns…They completely failed to get anything or offer anything. They didn’t even suggest alternate restaurants as was done in the past.

I used to think the concierge had some value but it’s clear it is worthless.
