I agree that if it is filed, it is public information. But I also accept that OssianBlue has no obligation to share the information if asked by the plaintiff to not discuss it in public.

Sorry, you are right, I had not seen your question. I do remember reading the "answer" but really it was such a non-response I didn't think it was actually meant as an answer to the question we posed.

Of course s/he has no "obligation" to share the info but it goes to credibility. And simply providing a docket # for others to research / verify is hardly "discussing" it. (I am not arguing with you; I presume you would agree with both of those points.)

Not that I am aware of, which is why I asked for a docket # or at least a jurisdiction (once you have that, one could at least search for AA as a defendant if so inclined). And if it has been appealed above the small claims level as claimed, that would now be in a higher-level court and so more easily found.

It is way too late for that, which is kind of sad. What started as a "thanks for a loyalty, here is a free flight (or other perk) to hopefully help keep you flying with us" has now morphed into nothing more than a game for some people to try to take advantage of. This is why we can't have nice things.

Not that the airlines have my sympathy either at this point with all the annoying credit card hawking and perks through non-airline spend. They got greedy too and have created an irresistible shiny object for some people to play with and try to manipulate.
