cowtool -- one of my PNRs is showing "40" in the Bag column for both segments, no pop-up balloon thingie... These are my only SQ flights. Sending you PNR/lastname info if you'd like to investigate further...

Other PNRs are fine (i.e. show "2" which has a pop-up balloon saying "32 kilogram / 70 pound")
